1. Parties
Seller: AFKBot (minecraftafkbot.com). Email: [email protected]
Buyer: the user who has an account on minecraftafkbot.com and buys a plan. The buyer details are the username and email address registered to the account and, if filled in, the billing profile details.
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the AFKBot plan the buyer purchases online at minecraftafkbot.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Service features and price
The service is a digital service that adds extra bot slots and the plan's features to the buyer's account for a set period. The plan's name, slot count, features, period and price are shown on the store page and the purchase screen at the time of purchase.
The total shown on the purchase screen is the final amount, including taxes and any discount applied. The price at the time of purchase applies; later price changes do not affect completed sales.
4. Payment
Payment is made by deducting the amount from the buyer's account balance. If the balance is insufficient, the sale does not take place. Adding balance is subject to its own terms.
5. Performance and delivery
The plan is added to the buyer's account immediately once payment is complete, and the plan period starts running from that moment. There is no physical delivery.
By ticking the confirmation box on the purchase screen, the buyer explicitly agrees that performance of the service starts immediately.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services performed instantly online and for digital content whose performance starts with the consumer's approval. The buyer confirms having been informed of this and having given approval before the purchase.
7. Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the Refund Policy. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests and to decide the amount and method of any refund. The buyer's mandatory statutory rights are preserved.
8. Obligations of the parties
The seller must provide the purchased plan for its period within the scope set out in the Terms of Use.
The buyer must use the service in line with the Terms of Use and applicable law, keep account details accurate and keep the account secure. If the service is stopped because of a rule violation, the seller's obligation to perform ends.
9. Dispute resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Consumer Arbitration Committee where the buyer lives has jurisdiction within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Court above those limits.
10. Entry into force
The agreement is concluded electronically when the buyer, after reading and approving the Pre-Contract Information Form and this agreement, presses the purchase button. The current text of the agreement is always available on this page, and purchase records are kept by the seller.
