2. Main features of the service

AFKBot plans are digital services that provide extra slots and features for a set period to run AFK bots that connect to Minecraft Java Edition servers in the cloud. Each plan’s slot count, features and period are shown on the store page.

The service does not guarantee that the bot can connect to the target server, that the server will accept it, or that it will stay connected without interruption. Bedrock Edition servers are not supported.

3. Price and payment

The plan's total price including taxes, with any discount applied, is shown on the purchase screen. Payment is made from your account balance; no extra delivery or transaction fee is charged.

4. Performance

The plan is added to your account immediately once payment is complete, and its period starts at that moment. Plans do not renew automatically.

5. Notice that there is no right of withdrawal

Because the service is performed instantly online and you agree at purchase that performance starts immediately, you have no right of withdrawal under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the Refund Policy, and AFKBot reserves the right to decide on these requests.

6. Complaints and applications

You can send complaints and requests by opening a support ticket in the panel or by writing to [email protected]. In case of a dispute you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the statutory monetary limits, or to the Consumer Court above those limits.
